I'd love to have a conversation with an attorney or two that could offer some advise about misrepresentation by a motor vehcle manufacturer. Whether is worth chasing a lawsuit, or would a class action suit be appropriate since every purchaser of a Phantom R4i was misled. Can I file in small claims against a company in California from Utah?
If there's anybody out there with experience in this type of action, I would love to share the details and see if there can be some action to hold Vento responsible. The details of the story should be appearing here over the weekend as previously promised.
